1. Terms of Use

Access and use of the LeadThriveUp.com website are governed by these terms. By browsing our site, you fully agree to these policies.

2. Sales Terms

LeadThriveUp offers bespoke business coaching and leadership development services tailored to entrepreneurs and professionals in Switzerland.

Proposals are provided free of charge and remain valid for 15 days. An order becomes binding upon written approval and receipt of full or partial payment as specified.

3. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via secure bank transfer or credit card on our encrypted platform.
A deposit of 50% is required upon proposal confirmation.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the agreed services.

4. Refund Conditions

Due to the customized nature of our coaching, any started or scheduled service is non-refundable under Article 40, section 2, letter a of the Swiss Federal Consumer Protection Act.

If cancelled before services commence, the following terms apply:

Cancellations over 14 days in advance: 80% of deposit refunded.
Cancellations between 14 and 7 days: 50% refund.
Cancellations less than 7 days in advance: no refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

LeadThriveUp is not liable for delays or errors caused by third parties or force majeure. All advice is based on client-provided data and current legal standards.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content (including text, branding, and visual design) belongs solely to LeadThriveUp. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

In the event of a dispute, mediation will be prioritized. Failing resolution, only the courts of the Canton of Bern (Switzerland) will have jurisdiction. Swiss law applies.
